My Spotify Therapy Playlist

One thing about me: I never stop learning. If I could be a professional student, I would. I pride myself on being resourceful — there are people way smarter than me putting out great information and tools, and I like finding it and passing it along.

I also know access to therapy can be hard. Time, money, finding someone who's actually a good fit — any of it can get in the way. And there's so much information out there now, which is great, but it can also be a lot. Hard to know what's worth your time and what's not, especially when there's so much misinformation floating around in this field too. Not everything that sounds good is actually good.

Lately I keep noticing the same things come up, over and over. Adults realizing later in life that what they've been calling anxiety or laziness for years is actually undiagnosed ADHD or OCD. People trying to figure out how their therapist, psychiatrist, and doctor can actually talk to each other instead of working in silos. Just a lot of people trying to make sense of themselves with incomplete information, sometimes from sources that aren't as credible as they seem.

So I keep this playlist updated with episodes that reflect what I'm actually seeing — in my office, in conversations, out in the world. Nothing fancy, just stuff I think is worth your time.
